“ My Husband and I have been going to Armstrongs for years. The most important thing about them is that they were "always" consistent. You never had to wonder if what you were getting would be as good as the last time; you just knew. We stopped today to get Italian hoagies which are excellent. When we got home and started eating we both looked at each other and said something was missing. It wasn't an italian hoagie, it was a salami sandwich and you could tell right away all the delicious italian meats were missing. We paid $15 each for a 3 piece salami sandwich (piled with lettuce and tomatoe to make it look big.) I know there was a listeria problem with certain lunch meats but let the customer know so they can decide if they still want it. I hope it isn't a sign of the times; everything is going downhill. ”
